Vibe has installed 3 new types of gym machines at our DHA branch so that our members can enjoy every kind of exercise at a premium gym facility. These machines are designed and manufactured by Vibe Fitness, which is a US-based manufacturer of high-quality and ergonomic gym machines. All these machines are made with the comfort of the user in mind and consist of features that make the whole gym experience fun and more effective. You can also purchase these machines for your home gym equipment from Vibe Fit.

Our glute bridge machines are designed to target the gluteal muscles, which are crucial for various activities such as running, jumping, and even maintaining proper posture. This machine offers a focused way to perform the glute bridge exercise, traditionally done on the floor. 3. Adjust the Machine to Fit Your Body

Adjust the seat, handles, and pads so that they align with your body. Incorrect positioning can lead to strain and injury. Start with lighter weights to ensure you can perform the exercise with proper form before adding more weight.

4. Use Proper Form
